As mentioned elsewhere you won't know which concert you'll be seeing today until you tune in. It may be the beautiful tradtional music of Claire O'Loughlin & Liam Flanagan or then again maybe it won't.

Claire O’Loughlin grew up in a musical household in Co. Derry learning tin whistle, flute and fiddle. Her journey to Cork in the nineties led to a degree in music at UCC where she majored in traditional music performance and was awarded the Sean Ó Riada Prize.

Having grown up in a musical household, Liam Flanagan has been playing music from an early age. He is a member of legendary Fiddle Fair band North Cregg, and has also toured worldwide with the internationally acclaimed Danú.

Together, these two musicians bring to the table a repertoire from both ends of Ireland as well as tunes from contemporary greats such as Liz Carroll and Charlie Lennon.

For The 12 days of Christmas they are accompainied by the remarkable young County Waterford musician Caoimhín Ó Fearghaill.
